- A: By choosing to shop for a school, you will be asked to enter a student ID which will take you to that
school's section. You can shop through the brochure(s) and your purchase will benefit the school you selected.
- Q: How long will my purchases benefit the school I
choose?
- A: During the school's sale all of your purchases will benefit your
school. The school will receive credit after the end of its sale for any online sales.
- Q: How will my purchase benefit the school?
- A: When you enter the site and enter the student ID, you will be able to
view special online brochures. A portion of your purchase will benefit the group and the student will be credited.
- Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
- A: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Q: Is it safe to enter my credit card number on the site?
- A: Yes. StoreName uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
security. Credit Card numbers are only stored on the web server
temporarily. You will be asked to enter your credit card number each time
you checkout on StoreName.
- Q: When I register at checkout, what happens to my
information?
- A: When you register, your information stays with StoreName. Your
information will NOT be sold to any third parties. During checkout you
will have the option to join our mailing list. You may be
contacted by our Customer Service Center to verify any questions we may have about
your order.

- Q: What is the student ID?
- A: The student ID is a unique number assigned to a student during registration. You will need this ID to purchase from the online store. Contact the student if you do not have a student ID.
- Q: When will my products arrive?
- A: Orders will be processed and shipped directly to the customer in 7-10 business days.
- Q: Will I have to pay sales tax?
- A: We are required to collect sales tax on orders which are placed in
State. Magazine subscriptions are not taxable.
